Ladies and Gentlemen,
After nearly six years of work in progress, I am proud to introduce you to my book “Free to Dream”.
I have referenced this book on this blog here and here and as part of my resolutions for 2008.
I think it goes without saying that I am very proud of this piece of work – even if Sophia and I are the only ones who ever read it.
If you click on the first link, you can preview the complete book.

AMAZING!!!!! I LOVE IT!!! I am totally buying a copy. I remember reading all of yours and Joe’s posts about collecting all of the pictures and going with Sophia on all of your little research trips. What an unbelievanle gift to give your daughter. She is so lucky to have you for a mom! I know this book is going to be a huge success.

I hope I can be as good a mother. This is gorgeous, and you’ll never regret the years (!) and many, many trips it took to put this together. Go Laura!

Lovely and what a memory for Sophie and Ira in years to come. I am so impressed that you did all this work and followed through to the completion.
Can I ask? What is a Navy Seal officier? Is that a fancy word for officer?

Hey friend,
I just loved reading your book with Ellie sitting on my lap. She wanted to read it over and over. Her first comment was, “Mom can we have this book?” I am sure it is such an incredible feeling to complete a project that you have put your heart and soul into for many years. We love you guys!!
